Meet the Founder & Lead Trainer
Dr. Damilola Jibowu, MBA brings over 25 years of enterprise security, governance, and executive leadership experience to every WRIX Academy program.
Dr. Jibowu, is a cybersecurity, governance, and technology risk professional with over 25 years of experience across enterprise security, infrastructure engineering, governance, compliance, operational risk, and executive leadership.
Beginning his career in software development, Dr. Jibowu expanded into enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity operations, risk management, and strategic leadership across complex enterprise environments, including Fortune 100 organizations.
His experience spans both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, helping organizations strengthen security posture, improve governance maturity, assess operational and compliance risks, and align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives. Over the years, he has served in technical, operational, and executive leadership capacities, bringing a unique ability to bridge the gap between cybersecurity strategy, governance, and real-world execution.

He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the ISACA New Jersey Chapter, supporting the advancement of cybersecurity, governance, audit, risk, and compliance leadership within the professional community.
